Word for the Day

Today's word is "unanimous." My understanding of this word is that it refers to an opinion held or a decision or vote made or carried by everyone involved. In other words, if a group of people vote on an issue in a neighborhood meeting and not everyone polled votes the same way, the group is not "unanimously" for or against that issue.
